Dear Families,
It has been my joy and privilege to be your classroom teacher this year. I love each of you so very much, and I will miss you tremendously! I hope you have enjoyed 4th grade, learned much, and grown in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Have a wonderful, relaxing, fun summer with your family, and I hope to see each of you at school in the fall!
Much love,
Mrs. Johnson
Retain the skills you've worked so hard to gain! Here are some summer suggestions:
- Read! Read something good, true, and beautiful every day.
- Review Math - Do about 15 minutes of math 2-3 times a week throughout the summer to keep your math skills strong!
- Learn to type!
- Write in a personal journal about things you do over the break. Write down your thoughts, things you do and experience, and any new things you learn or want to learn. Prayers and favorite Bible verses are great things to write too!
- Identify the birds and insects that you see!
- Read! A lot.
Have a wonderful summer!
